By accessing or using bndries ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.
bndries is a privacy policy monitoring service that helps you track privacy policies of services you use and alerts you when they change in ways that cross your stated boundaries.
We provide this Service "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with or without notice.
Account Security: You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
One Account Per User: You may only create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations, free trial restrictions, or pricing tiers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Personal Use: The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for commercial purposes, resell the Service, or provide it to third parties without our prior written consent. If you wish to use bndries for business or commercial purposes, please contact hello@bndries.com to discuss enterprise licensing options.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use bndries.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bndries and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your boundaries and preferences are your data. We claim no ownership over them.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at bndries.com/privacy. By using the Service, you agree to our privacy practices as described in that policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

bndries is a monitoring and notification tool. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that we will detect every privacy policy change or that our analysis will be 100% accurate.
Not Legal Advice: bndries does not provide legal advice. We are not lawyers, and nothing in the Service should be construed as legal advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. Personal Preferences, Not Legal Standards: The "boundaries" you set in bndries are your personal privacy preferences. When we notify you that a privacy policy change has "crossed your boundaries," this means the policy changed in a way that conflicts with your stated preferences—it does not mean a legal violation has occurred or that the company is breaking any laws. Privacy policy changes can be perfectly legal while still being something you personally disagree with.
You are ultimately responsible for reviewing privacy policies yourself. We provide a helpful service, but it should not be your only method of privacy policy monitoring.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bndries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@bndries.com.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or bring an individual action in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver: You and bndries agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and bndries individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Opt-Out: You may choose to opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending written notice to hello@bndries.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, you and bndries agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of any material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
